UO Superstore Sdn Bhd (Co Reg 251380-X) (GST No 001692991488) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 21st October 1992 as a private company limited by shares under the name of Uda-Ocean Sdn Bhd.

The first outlet was opened on 16th March 1993 – 30th September 2011 at Petaling Street Kuala Lumpur (no longer in operation)
Opening of the Ipoh store on 11th May 1996 at Plaza Angsana Ipoh,
Plaza Angsana Johor on 16th October 1997,
Plaza Warisan Kuala Lumpur on 27th November 1998 – 29th February 2004, (no longer in operation)
Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur on 25th June 2004,
Pantai Hill Park Kuala Lumpur on 31st March 2006,
Plaza Kotaraya Johor on 22nd September 2006 – 30th September 2011, (no longer in operation)
Galaxy Ampang Kuala Lumpur on 9th February 2007,
